If you haven't heard it already, check out John Davis' solo CD from thsi past year. He was the lead singer of the great power pop band Superdrag and just this past year has started to follow Jesus and this cd is kind of a testimony to that. It's very Beatlesque and a great pop album. Very inspiring to hear his story.

It is not Beatleseque. It is Beach Boys-esque. More to the point, it is Brian Wilsonish, maybe with a touch of Roger McGuinn from the Byrds and Jeff Lynne from ELO (who was Beatlesque).
