Today as I was driving home I saw something on the side of the driveway to our apartment complex so I stopped to check it out. Turns out is was a Peninsula Cooter Turtle. Yes, that is really the name! Couldn't make that up. Pretty friendly little guy, although beware of his claws! Do you see those things? Those are huge!

better than what we find up here in Wisconsin in our driveways... cougars.
