I bought my beer brewing equipment this weekend and am going to be brewing a Brown Ale recipe this next Sunday so I figured I would start a new blog stricly dedicated to beer reviews and beer brewing. I'm very new at this so i expect people who are really into beer will find the reviews foolish and uninformed and my misques brewing very amateur but it's a craft that I respect the more and more I see how much goes into it and how long it takes to learn.
