yeah, i think other coaches should take note! i love old school coaches! my coach in high school always punished the whole team if one of us was out of line in something. It teaches that your actions don't just affect you and that there are real consequences...you're not just exempt because you're a football star. punishing them all is going to be more beneficial to them imn life. it's great!

With the competitive nature of recruiting and the ego's of top athletes today, this could very well hurt him in the future in terms of getting top athletes to Happy Valley. Which makes me respect the move even more. Truly taking a stand for what's right. Awesome move Joe.
That is fantastic! This is the greatest sports story I have read in a while. What an example of character. I hate penn state, but I'm really starting to like Joe Pa.
